Takata Side Airbag Concern: More Vehicles May Be Recalled

U.S. Senators Ed Markey and Richard Blumenthal have urged an expanded recall of vehicles with Takata airbags. Investigators are scrutinizing whether the airbags could discharge shrapnel as happened with the older airbags. Almost 34 million vehicles have been recalled for defective airbags.
