Hazard: The wire supports on the sides of the bassinets can disconnect causing the fabric sides to lower; posing a risk that infants can fall out or become entrapped and suffocate.
Incidents/Injuries : one injurie reported.
Description: The recall involves Dream On Me Recalls 2 in 1 Bassinet Item 439-A; 439-B; 439-G; 439-P and 439-W. The model number can be found on the mattress pad.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bassinet. Dream on Me is offering a free replacement KIT.
